Did you notice suspicious activity, inconsistency of the user's photo with their age, or other dubious facts? You can block this user and report them.
- In a conversation. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner, then tap "Block and report". Choose the reason for blocking, add your comment, and press "Block".
- Through the profile page. Go to the user's profile page by tapping on their name or photo. Tap the gear icon in the upper left corner, then tap "Block and report". Choose the reason for blocking, add your comment, and press "Block".
What happens when you block a user?
When you block a user, they do not have access to your profile and cannot send you messages.
Each complaint is considered individually by the website moderation team; as a rule, it takes no more than an hour. Your complaint is completely anonymous — a blocked user will not know who complained about his profile.
How to unblock a user?
You can only unblock a user from the blocklist. Go to Settings from your profile page by tapping the gear icon in the upper left corner. Tap the "Blocklist", choose the needed user, and then tap "Unblock".
Remember that any suspicious user activity should not go unnoticed. The moderators of our site check each complaint and the reason for blocking in order to take the necessary measures and resolve your request as soon as possible.
