If you notice a charge on your card for our services and you're unsure why, it's likely due to your purchase of a Premium, Premium GOLD, or VIP status subscription. During this purchase, you agreed to subscription auto-renewal. This means that your subscription automatically renews at the end of the initial period, and the recurring payment is processed using the payment method you selected during the initial purchase. The auto-renewal feature is designed to save you time, eliminating the need to manually purchase a subscription at the end of every billing period.
To disable auto-renewal, you'll need to cancel your subscription:
- Go to "Settings" by tapping the gear icon in the upper left corner of your profile.
- Tap on "Subscriptions" to view all your active subscriptions.
- Tap on "Learn more" under your active subscription.
- Follow the further instructions to cancel your subscription.
Upon canceling auto-renewal, you'll retain access to all the benefits of your paid subscription until the conclusion of the current billing period.
I don't currently have any active subscriptions, yet my card has been charged. What can I do to get a refund?
